There are four component parts of Odyssey:

• Arena
• Pavilion
• W5
• Car Park

The entire complex is owned by the Odyssey Trust Company Ltd (OTC), which has charitable status. The 23-acre site is held under a Head Lease from the Belfast Harbour Commissioners. In effect, this means that the Trust is the owner and landlord of the complex.

The three wholly-owned subsidiaries of OTC are Odyssey Millennium Ltd (OML), Odyssey Property Company Ltd (OPC), and Odyssey Construction Company Ltd (OCC) and have been created with the following responsibilities.

OTC – to oversee and manage the investment and ensure its on-going viability.

OML – Management services for the Arena and car park and estate management of the scheme.

OPC – Development of Waterfront sites.

OCC – Construction of Odyssey (now completed).

OTC through its subsidiary OML, is responsible for the collection of rents and the collation and collection of service charges in respect of the estate management as well as the subvention funds to W5 (together with DCAL).
The Car Park is operated as a separate business by the Company.
